APPLICANT INFORMATION

VENDOR FEES

$20/DAY/SPACE (Space is based on 10’x10’ frontage).  If application is successful, you will be contacted to make payment arrangements for approved dates.

2022 REQUESTED DATES OF ATTENDANCE 

• Vending space(s) must be booked and paid in advance upon application approval

• Should vendor be absent on a date that has been pre-booked/pre-paid, fees will be forfeited

• In the event of organizer cancellation due to inclement weather – refund will be provided for affected date

• Should a change in provincial regulations force the evaluation of the Promenade on Queen at any time during the season, refunds will be issued as required

• Vendors will provide their own table and shade and will ensure that tents are safely secured.
